    About the Role

    We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Mental Health and Social Media Assistant to support our growing team. If you’re passionate about mental health, thrive in a remote work environment, and love bringing creativity and organization to your work, we want you on our team!

    Responsibilities include:

    Client Support

    • Coordinate patient scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.

    • Manage new client intake and ensure accurate EHR documentation.

    • Maintain HIPAA compliance with all records.

    Insurance and Billing

    • Submit and track insurance claims.

    • Verify client insurance benefits and maintain records.

    • Support invoicing, payment processing, and billing questions.

    Patient Communication

    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.

    • Send monthly engagement check-ins, birthday cards, and review requests.

    Provider Support

    • Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to ensure seamless care.

    • Assist with staff onboarding, meeting coordination, and KPI tracking.

    Social Media and Marketing

    • Create and schedule brand-aligned content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn.

    • Monitor engagement, manage comments, and foster community.

    • Draft monthly newsletters and manage broadcast messages.

    Admin and Office Management

    • Prioritize and manage emails, text messages, and digital communications.

    • Assist with job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.

    • Maintain organized digital receipts and clinic records.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Must be Phillippine.

    • English-speaking and writing proficiency (Required)

    • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

    • Experience in mental health or psychology office support, including billing

    • Strong organizational and independent work skills

    • Reliable internet and home office setup

    • Familiarity with patient intake, scheduling, billing, and customer service
